Energy independence
Reduce reliance on imported electricity by building local generation, storage, and coordination into Palestinian communities.
Our Mission
Palestine Microgrid exists to make reliable, locally produced electricity an everyday reality. We are building the shared storage and coordination layer that lets rooftops, batteries, and electric vehicles work together as one local energy system.
What guides us
Our mission is broad by intention: an energy system that serves people first, and that communities can trust over decades.

Power that is there when it is needed — for homes, clinics, schools, farms, and small businesses alike.
Members are not passive customers. They generate, store, and trade energy with their neighbours inside a shared local network.
Palestine has some of the best solar conditions in the region. Our mission is to use them, at scale, and responsibly.
Palestinian engineers, installers, and operators building and running the infrastructure that serves them.
We are building an operator meant to last — governed transparently and designed to grow with the communities it serves.
Where we are going
We start where the need is clearest and grow outward — neighbourhood by neighbourhood — until local energy sharing is the norm rather than the exception.
Energy independence is not a single project. It is a network that grows.
